This November’s elections showed just how much attitudes toward marijuana use have changed in the United States. Nine states voted on marijuana legalization this fall. Post-election results? Eight of those nine states voted to legalize some form of marijuana use, whether medical or recreational. The upshot is that more than half of the states in the US have now legalized some type of marijuana use.

Reaching Generations with the Fatal Vision® Alcohol Event Kit

Since March 2016, the Pueblo of Laguna Law Enforcement Program in New Mexico has a new tool at the disposal of its safety officers. With the help of a grant, the Highway Safety Program purchased the Fatal Vision® Goggles, the DIES® mat, and the Smash Match® game as a kit. Those officers haven’t looked back since.

Texas Students Learn by Doing with SIDNE®

The Coppell Police Department and Independent School District in Texas goes the “extra mile” with their safety program by teaching their students about the dangers of driving under the influence. This is accomplished by School Resource Officers assigned to each high school addressing the issue in a forensic science class, and using Innocorp’s SIDNE® to help do the job.
