Innocorp, Ltd. Return/Exchange Policy

To return or exchange a product, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting our customer service team at 1-800-272-5023.

Eligibility:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Products must be in new, unopened condition for a full credit.
• A 50% restocking fee applies to opened or used products.
• Shipping costs for the original shipment and return are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Returns:

• Products return requests more than 30 days after the invoice date.

Shipping Instructions:
Include the RA# on your return and ship with tracking to:

All sales of DVDs and software are final. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
