The SIDNE Ultimate Package is a comprehensive solution for delivering an impactful impaired driving education program. This all-inclusive package includes every essential accessory, resource, and instruction to ensure successful implementation in schools and communities. It offers an interactive, hands-on experience where participants can witness firsthand how alcohol, THC, drowsiness, and distractions impair driving abilities.
SIDNE (Simulated Impaired Driving Experience) is a custom-built electric kart designed to simulate the effects of impairment. It allows drivers and passengers to experience the dangerous consequences of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, THC, or while drowsy or distracted.
Alcohol-Impaired Driving Course
This course demonstrates the effects of alcohol on driving abilities. Drivers experience the loss of control, erratic acceleration, and delayed response, simulating the dangerous consequences of impaired judgment.
THC-Impaired Driving Course
Using Fatal Vision THC Goggles, participants experience how THC affects perception, response time, and field of vision. The course challenges drivers to navigate cones marked by LED lights indicating turns, swerves, and stops, which becomes significantly more difficult while impaired.
Drowsy & Distracted Driving Course
Using Fatal Vision Drowsy and Distracted Goggles, participants experience the difficulty of focusing, reacting, and navigating when impaired by sleepiness or distraction. Drivers will face challenges while completing a course, simulating the effects of driving while drowsy or distracted.
