The Fatal Vision® Opioid Event Kit offers hands-on activities that engage participants in understanding the severe consequences of opioid use. Each activity models the impairments caused by opioid abuse.

Four Types of Impairment Simulations:

Divided Attention Failure: The goggles narrow the field of view, simulating decreased awareness and response time.
Nodding Out: The goggles mimic opioid-induced nodding off with partial and full blackouts.
Contrast Sensitivity Impairment: A special film on the goggles reduces peripheral vision.
Heaviness in the Extremities: Wrist weights simulate opioid-induced sluggishness and lack of coordination.

Experiencing the behavioral impacts of opioid use helps participants better understand the vulnerability of individuals and the serious consequences tied to opioid abuse. PATENT PENDING.
