FATAL VISION ALCOHOL IMPAIRMENT GOGGLES

FATAL VISION ALCOHOL IMPAIRMENT GOGGLES

When you are under the influence of alcohol, it can be difficult to gauge just how impaired you are. Enter the Fatal Vision Alcohol Impairment Simulation Goggles, an eye-opening tool through which sober people can experience what it’s like to navigate basic tasks after drinking. Walking a line, standing on one leg, reaching out to grab a set of keys and tossing a ball become much more difficult under the influence of alcohol. The Fatal Vision Alcohol Impairment Goggles — also called drunk goggles or drunk glasses — give participants of an alcohol awareness or education program a safe way to learn the important lesson that alcohol greatly impairs a person’s balance, vision, reaction time and judgment.

The drunk simulation goggles are available in five levels that simulate the loss of function associated with a particular blood alcohol concentration (BAC) — from less than .06 to .25+ BAC. Fatal Vision is available with either a clear lens to simulate daytime or shaded lens to simulate nighttime conditions. Purchase two or more different goggles to show how increased BAC results in increased impairment.

TUNNEL VISION LENS (TVL®)

Tunnel vision while under the influence of alcohol is a real thing, and Innocorp has just the product to help you illustrate that to participants. The Tunnel Vision Lens (TVL®) is an overlay that clings onto the Fatal Vision Goggles to simulate the effect of reduced peripheral vision that results from alcohol impairment. TVL is available for the Bronze, Red and Silver Goggles and includes its own specially designed activities to illustrate the effects tunnel vision can have.
