Indiana, South Carolina and Wisconsin residents: Your appropriate sales tax will be added to your total.

If you are tax exempt, we must have your tax exempt form on file before we process your order. Please mail/fax tax exempt certificate when placing an order.

Returns Policy

Innocorp, Ltd./Fatal Vision ® Product Return Policy

No product may be returned without Innocorp, Ltd.’s written authorization. Any product must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Credit will not be issued unless and until product is returned within allotted time frame and in proper condition. Shipping cost incurred from original shipment to customer as well as shipping costs for a return will not be reimbursed or credited. Prior to returning any product, call 1-800-272-5023 for approval.

Restocking fee will apply.

Videos, DVDs, and software are not available for preview. All videos, DVDs, and software sales are final. Videos, DVDs, and software cannot be exchanged and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Warranties

Warranty
Fatal Vision® products are warranted for one year. If you encounter any problem at all, please call us at 1-800-272-5023 or 1-608-845-5558 and we will make it right.

Electronics Warranty
Innocorp, Ltd. warrants that the electronic product you have purchased from Innocorp, Ltd. or from an Innocorp, Ltd. authorized reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we shall repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alternation and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. Warranty void if product has been opened.

Important Information for International Voltage Requirements for Innocorp Electronics
Please be aware that Innocorp products operate according to U.S. plug and voltage standards(110V/60Hz). Innocorp is not responsible for the customer’s neglect to use the proper voltage and plug converters and this negligence is not covered under warranty.
The customer is responsible to get BOTH a plug converter as well as a voltage converter in order to properly operate the following Innocorp products:

• The Line Detector
